Yanna Fabian is a successful internationally established screen and stage artist whom Artist watch has selected to feature and promote on its worldwide website, Artistwatch.tv.
She has an impressive resume with vast experience as an award winning recording artist /EMI Europe, Multitopic/ hit songwriter, lyricist, dancer and choreographer. She is an active Member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, UK and FIA.
As a professional singer stage & screen actress, she played lead musical, character and comedy parts on stages as National Theater Spain, National Theater Prague & Ostrava, National Theater Slovak Republic, as well as in top musical theaters in Scotland, Czech and Slovak republic since 2003. She has been featured in many TV shows, gala TV concerts in Europe and shot several movies in EU and the USA. She has given performances for 280 – 10 000 viewing audiences on regular basis.
In 2003 Yanna won a nationwide TV talent show , The Star Runway and got signed with EMI Czech & Slovak republic for 3 solo Albums. She also won a Best New Talent TV Nova at the Pop Music Awards in Czech Republic in 2003.
Yanna studied Stanislavski, Meisner, film and stage acting, physical theater, dance, musical, singing and history of theater at performing arts academies in Czech republic as well as at the AADA in Hollywood.
She released 4 solo albums , 2 pop and 2 jazz, and dozens of soundtracks, and theater soundtracks in Europe.
Yanna hit the Number one charts 3 times with her songs in Europe. As a solo singer she focuses on nu jazz, electronica, and experimental fusion as well as classic jazz.
As a costume and fashion designer Yanna created 5 fashion collections and costumes for 2 union shows with 60 pieces running in Europe.
In Hollywood, Yanna recently played the lead part of Morgana in a musical called Charming, written by Stephen Fife and lead part of Ashley, in Tomahawk, a dark comedy written by James Domine, performed at the Fringe Theater Festival Hollywood. She performs at Undiscovery Entertainment. And is now rehearsing a part of Bessie Houdini in the Smoke & Mirrors magic show, written by Albie Selznick, directed by Paul Millet.
As a singer Yanna gives concerts with her nu jazz project THEA and LA Winds Big Band. Her recent co- creation of multimedia theatre featured several performance of great creativity and artistic talent in Thea Project, which received great reviews and kudos for its unique creativity, combination of talent and riveting performances. Yana is a welcome enhancement to the Hollywood entertainment community, and of course, to Artistwatch.tv.
